All of my plans come with 24/7 support via e-mail or text messaging to ensure that you are receiving my full attention throughout this process. Clients who are out of state or overseas can also “check in” with me via Skype or FaceTime. Your questions or concerns during this time will never go unnoticed. Alongside this, I do not believe in handing out “cookie cutter” programs, as it is important for each plan to be custom and individualized based on your body and your goals.
Your online nutrition and training programs are custom to your body, your goals and your schedule. All programs are tailored specifically for each individual and are 100% focused on goals and results. Also included is my step by step guide on how to get started, what to shop for, prepping and cooking tips, and a weekly check in document to go over the past week and make adjustments if necessary.
