Clinical Sports Labs Review Clinical Protein

Let me start by saying I am not sponsored by this company nor am I a paid affiliate or rep. Being a personal trainer, coach and overall fitness and nutrition enthusiast, I am constantly researching and looking for the cleanest and most beneficial products on the market. When it comes to protein, I have not be able to find a product that mixed well, didn’t make me bloat, gave me discomfort and most importantly, tasted good.   I was introduced to Clinical Sports Labs when I met Mike Carrubba (founder and CEO) at a fitness competition. I can have a cheat day.” The worst part about both of these scenarios is that either way, the next day you will be dragging, lethargic, have no motivation and worst of all, you will have leftovers :-).   The

Add Flavor To Your Fish!

So a big part about nutrition during prep or just “eating clean” is consuming fish. The plus side of fish is the high quality of protein, good fats (salmon), easy digestion, etc… The bad part is easily the smell. Wether your prepping it and stinking up your entire house or heating it up at home or even worse, at work.     An easy way to fix this problem and also add great flavor is to sprinkle it with cinnamon prior to cooking. It is very easy, taste great and does the trick. Right now in my prep, at least 50

A Taste Of New England

So if your from New England and are wicked smahhht, you should definitely pick up some of Charlie Moore’s “No Offense” spices. Being a health nut and a clean eater, I am constantly looking for new flavors to add to my meats and fish. Eating the plain old chicken and rice or bare steak and sweet potato can get old very fast. Growing up in new England and being a fan of sports and NESN, I’ve always watched Charlie on TV because of his humor, special guests and of course because I love bass fishing. When I saw that he
